NEC always comes up with a number of displays for different uses like green desktop displays for computer users. Now the company is coming up with much larger displays.
New to the list is NEC P521, a 52-inch display, a replacement for MultiSync LCD5220 with new features and connectivity options. One of the main feature is a DisplayPort connectivity option and Ethernet.
The specifications of the screen includes

- 2000:1 contrast ratio
- 700 cd/m2, brightness
- An integrated expansion slot
- VGA, DVI-D, BNC,
- Composite, component, S-Video, HDMI,
- Built-in IP Tuner and a QAM tuner
The display will start shipping from this month for $2,999.
